What personal data does Esri collect and receive?

Personal data is information that can potentially identify you as a specific individual. It includes your following data:

Name, surname, gender, language, date of birth, cv, address, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile), email address, billing data.

Companies;

Company name, address, VAT-number, billing data.

Contact person: name, surname, gender, language, date of birth, address, telephone number (fixed and/or mobile), email address.

Why is Esri collecting my personal data?

The personal data we collect is used by Esri to:

  • Execute our contracts,
  • Process orders and deliver services, products and data that you have requested,
  • Provide you with notices with regard to our services and products,
  • Provide technical and product support,
  • Allow access to certain restriced areas of our websites,
  • Analyze and resolve website and application problems,
  • Understand our clients needs,
  • Conduct market research and implement marketing strategies based on our justified interest. We always aim for a balance between our justified interest and the protection of your personal data,

With whom does Esri share my personal data?

Esri can share your personal data with our subcontractors when we use them to execute certain services for us (marketing agencies, ICT-providers, cloudproviders, email service providers, …). Our subcontractors are only allowed to process your personal data as according to our instructions. In addition, Esri may share your personal data with its affiliates.
